Record the exact issuer, record identifier, status, and “checked on” date in the inventory. “Source reference recorded” still means only that a link or label was supplied. Do not enter an EIN, bank information, personal identifiers, or private documents.
The cloud endpoint encrypts this profile with AES-256-GCM before writing it to a private Netlify Blobs store. A dedicated server-only key and storage setup must be configured first. Do not save credentials, EINs, account numbers, confidential documents, or financial amounts here.
The financial snapshot remains on this browser and is not included. This profile is not automatically expired; use Delete account copy to remove it. Losing the server encryption key would make saved copies unreadable. Account deletion removes the cloud copy only; local data remains.
The checklist sends only a status label—not these amounts. This is not a bank, accounting, or tax verification.

Per-account encrypted metadata storage and deletion controls are implemented in code, but production use is gated on server secrets, durable audit storage, and configuration.
A named human must inspect each source and record the as-of date. No “verified” label or eligibility decision is automated.
