1. The service
QI is a prototype routing and product-assistance layer. Feature availability, provider configuration, security controls, retention, and support vary by route and have not all been independently assessed. Any customer pilot or custom service must have a separate written scope, data-handling plan, and human-approved terms before data intake or work begins. Prices appearing in planning materials are proposals only unless a later owner-approved signed order expressly states otherwise.
2. Accounts and authorization
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials private.
- Only an authorized workspace member may start a plan or use its entitlements.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
3. Safe and acceptable use
Use QI only for lawful, authorized work. Do not submit secrets, payment credentials, highly sensitive personal data, biometric identifiers, or data you do not have permission to process. Do not bypass access controls, probe other workspaces, reverse engineer provider systems, or use generated recommendations as the sole basis for safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, employment, or other consequential decisions.
4. Inputs, outputs, and review
You retain rights to your inputs. You are responsible for having the rights and notices required to provide them. QI outputs are probabilistic assistance, not guarantees or professional advice. Review outputs before acting; adapters may flag uncertainty, missing evidence, or a human-review requirement. We do not promise a particular AI result, racing outcome, grant result, image reconstruction, or business outcome.
5. Billing and cancellation
This prototype does not currently offer paid self-service plans. No recurring charge or paid work should begin without a separately approved written order that clearly states the total price, billing cadence, term, renewal choice, cancellation method, applicable taxes, and refund terms. Do not rely on a proposed price or this draft as a checkout offer. Any future subscription must require affirmative authorization before billing. A customer-specific order and reviewed terms must control custom services.
6. Availability, providers, and changes
QI may depend on hosting, payment, model, and other third-party services. We may suspend or limit access to protect users, the service, or the law. We may update these terms by publishing a new version; material reductions in paid commitments will be communicated as required by applicable law or the signed customer agreement.
